I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker‑CP in South Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker‑S in Ohio, with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science, along with a minor in Psychology. For nearly two decades, my work has been grounded in a deep commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope.
I specialize in supporting clients from adolescence through the senior years as they work through anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship concerns, life transitions, and maintaining recovery from addiction. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from person‑centered care, CBT, ACT, DBT‑informed practices, strengths‑based and holistic perspectives, trauma‑responsive work, solution‑focused strategies, and relapse‑prevention support. I believe in meeting each person where they are and honoring the story they bring with them.
Guided by my motto “BUILD from your past, BE in the present, and BELIEVE in your purpose,” I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel understood, gain insight, and develop practical tools to move toward meaningful, lasting change.
