Mental Wellness & Clinical Counseling Services, LLC (M.W.C.C.) is a clinical counseling service that provides mental health support and psychoeducation on various wellness topics to teens, adults, families, and groups by a licensed therapist.


Go to the Schedule or Contact Tab to complete the online form or call 864-444-9775. You should receive a response within 48 business hours.


A FREE 15‑minute phone call between you and Fayona to answer any questions you have, provide an overview of what type of support you are looking for, and determine whether working together is a good fit for you. For minors [children between the ages of 12-17], the guardian will need to complete all necessary paperwork prior to the minor and therapist working together.


Currently, clients can meet with me virtually from the comfort of their home. Once you schedule your appointment, you will receive simple instructions on how to connect through your smartphone, computer or laptop.


During our first appointment, we’ll complete your intake assessment. This is when I invite you to talk about your background, share your concerns and reasons for seeking counseling, so that I can better understand how to support you. By the end of our time together, we’ll talk through next steps and identify the goals you’d like us to focus on as we begin to work together during this part of your life’s journey.


I am currently licensed to meet virtually with clients who live in Ohio or South Carolina.


None currently. M.W.C.C. accepts payment from the client and does not bill your insurance. However, M.W.C.C. can generate a super bill (itemized receipt for the counseling) for clients to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement of some of their out-of-pocket cost. 

It's straightforward. Call your insurance company and ask what percentage do they cover for a therapist who is Out-of-Network.


Here's an example: You pay $180 at time of your initial appointment. I give you a superbill [receipt] to turn into your insurance company. If your insurance company reimburses 80% for an Out-of-Network therapist, you would get back $144. Meaning, you only paid $36. *This is a general example; individual results are based on your specific insurance coverage. 


Private pay clients have more freedom to:

  • Choose a therapist that meets their unique needs
  • Keep their mental health diagnosis separate from their private health record
  • Use online or tele-counseling without insurance-imposed restrictions
  • Access flexible scheduling options
  • Discuss what matters to them most [such as personal growth, life stressors, parent-child relationship, etc.], which may not be covered by their insurance
  • Decide the number of sessions they will participate in  


Yes, there is! There is a limited number of sliding fee scale appointment slots offered so please ask if one of these slots is available when you complete your telephone consultation.


Life happens. I am happy to reschedule your appointment. Please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment by calling or email. This will allow others the opportunity to schedule an appointment during the time you would have been seen.
